Based on the university's vision and mission and the strategic plan for 2020-2025, and the accelerated development with the immense technology and communications revolution, which has overshadowed university education, His Excellency the President of the University has directed to improve the efficiency of the university's employees, including faculty, staff and students by providing better training programs.  This will enhance their level of proficiencies, acquiring knowledge, skills, and values, prepare them to achieve success and distinction in the work environment, develop their technical skills and prepare them to face future challenges by drawing up training plans that achieve the university's vision and mission arising from the Kingdom's 2030 vision and improve the performance in all educational institutions, raise productivity and efficiency to the highest levels, through the application of performance management standards and continuous development and elevate the status of Northern Border University locally and globally.
